It all started with my personal fitness journey.
During my 20+ year performing career, I always found time to work out because exercising just made me feel better. When theatres closed in 2020, I qualified as an L3 Personal Trainer and since then, along with my full-time show schedule, I’ve maintained a full roster of clients. I provide personalised training programmes to keep them feeling and looking great, while achieving the strength and knowledge to create long-term, lasting results. Ivan De Fitness Programmes

This programme is designed to help clients gain body confidence using an achievable fitness plan. During the 10-week programme, Ivan will create a personalised nutrition plan and workout routine to help clients achieve their goals, understand how macronutrients contribute to their overall diet, and drive preliminary results on the path towards health and body positivity. The programme includes an initial 30-minute set-up call, weekly recorded check-ins, nutritional guidance/work-out plan adjustments, and consistent access to Ivan via a dedicated WhatsApp channel.

This programme is ideal for graduates of the 10-Week programme as well as those seeking support in building workout routines that will achieve their ongoing fitness goals. The monthly programme includes one 30-minute kick-off call with Ivan and twice-monthly recorded check-ins . Nutrition support and progress photos/measurements can be added as additional services but are not standard in this programme. Please note that this programme is guidance only (i.e. not in person with Ivan), so you can implement his expertise in your at-home workouts or solo gym sessions.
