    I completed Ivan’s 10-Week Trim Down programme in May 2022. He created a personalised plan that helped me achieve my goals faster than I ever thought possible. I lost weight I didn’t know I had and built muscle in places I never knew existed. With the cardio and weight workouts, I gained the strength to not only achieve a new half-marathon personal best, but also compete in my first ever Tough Mudder (10k). The initial programme was really convenient for my awkward schedule and heavy travel - I was able to do shorter, more frequent routines some weeks and longer, less frequent the next week… I’ve continued on Ivan’s maintenance programme because it’s like having a brilliant personal cheerleader rooting me on from the sidelines, who also provides continuous revisions to my workout plans based on my progress/availability…Overall, an exceptional trainer with an achievable, convenient (and cost-effective) programme.

    I am currently 2 weeks into my second 10-week programme with Ivan and I have loved seeing a change in my body and mental health. I’ve had chronic back pain for the last decade which has made working out and losing weight a challenge but Ivan was there every step of the way, checking in, and making sure the exercises set were doable and safe, but at the same time still pushing me. I’ve never enjoyed the gym but Ivan worked with me on a programme that is sustainable, AND enjoyable.
