Sure thing. Before starting a training programme, Ivan works 1:1 with clients to develop a routine that will work for each individual. It’s based on the time you can commit, your access to equipment, and your personal health/fitness goals.

Ha! No. Ivan works with clients to put together a macronutrient plan to ensure a suitable balance of protein, fat, and carbohydrates. No fad diets here! Dining out, eating in, home-cooked, and ready meals are all possible with Ivan De Fitness!

Yes! We love globetrotters! While travelling, you might find it helpful to share workout facility pictures with Ivan so that he can ensure your current phase is matched up with the available equipment. No workout facilities? No problem! Ivan can recommend some easy alternatives. In exchange, you just have to promise to share your travel pictures with the group. Extra points if you include Ivan De Fitness swag in exotic locations!

The 10-Week Trim Down isn’t as much about weight loss but fat loss and fitness. No two bodies are alike. While weight loss can be a welcome effect of the programme for those seeking it, the goal is to introduce a workout and nutrition programme that will increase your strength, confidence, and healthy habits. Programme participants can expect to lose body fat, gain muscle, and by the end of the 10 weeks, see visible changes in their muscle tone and shape. During the programme, you and Ivan will use much more than just weight to determine your progress.
